Voltria is a Finnish energy technology company that reduces the heating costs of housing companies and commercial properties. We believe a property should not have to choose between saving and risk: that is why our services require no investment, and we back our promise with a savings guarantee.
Heating is the largest single expense in most Finnish properties, and the price of district heating has risen year after year. At the same time, most properties are still heated on the safe side: more, and at a higher cost, than necessary.
Ways to save have existed, but they have required either large investments, technical expertise or continuous monitoring from the property. A housing company board or a property owner usually has none of these, and should not need to.
Voltria was founded to remove this barrier. We take responsibility for the equipment, installation, maintenance and continuous optimisation of heating, and the property pays only for realised savings. If there are no savings, the service costs nothing.
We offer two services for reducing a property's heating costs: Intelligence optimises the property's existing heating, and Hybrid additionally adds an alternative heat source alongside district heating, so heat is always produced in the cheapest way.

We are paid only for results. The service fee is a share of the savings, so we have exactly the same goal as the customer: the smallest possible heating bill.
We recommend only what pays off. Every property is assessed before a quote, and if the numbers do not support a solution, we do not sell it.
We do not force you to replace what works. Our service is connected to the property's existing equipment and automation whenever possible.
Savings must not come at the expense of living comfort. We optimise what is paid for heating, taking residents' needs into account.
