Voltria controls your housing company's heating intelligently based on actual apartment temperatures and the weather forecast. Equipment, installation and maintenance are included in the service and paid for from the savings they generate.
Most apartment buildings set their heating based on outdoor temperature alone. The result is overheating and wasted energy. Voltria lowers heating costs in three ways.
Sensors installed in the apartments show the actual indoor temperature. Heating runs on that instead of running too hot just to be safe.
The control takes the weather forecast into account, so heating is not raised needlessly right before a warmer day.
In larger housing companies, an alternative heat source is added alongside district heating. Heat is always produced the cheapest way and district heating stays in place.
Comfort is maintained, because indoor temperatures are monitored in every apartment all year round.
Voltria procures and installs the equipment. It is paid for from the savings during the contract term.
The service fee is a share of the actual savings. It is invoiced monthly based on the savings forecast and balanced once a year against actual savings.
If there are no savings, we do not invoice.
Once the equipment is paid off over the five-year contract term, the housing company's share of the savings grows.

Work in the heat distribution room is done in one visit with no heating interruption. Residents are notified at least two weeks in advance.
We monitor savings and indoor temperatures continuously. The board and property manager receive a monthly report.
Usually not. The most common controllers, such as Ouman C203 and EH-203 and newer Siemens controllers, stay in place. If the controller needs replacing, the replacement is included in the service.
Then we do not invoice for the service. Savings are calculated from the energy company's meter data, weather-corrected, so your housing company can verify them.
Heating stays at the agreed level because indoor temperatures are monitored in every apartment. Temperature differences between apartments also even out.
The contract term is five years, during which the equipment is paid for from the savings. After that, the service continues until further notice.
